I found them through trivago and they have taken my money and not honored their cancellation deadlines. Also, their website, phone number and email all do not work. It has been a nightmare.

They are a scam. Never go near them. I deposited approx £10k with them and the account was being managed well. Stupidly I invested more and they just disappeared with my funds. The hotel tells you that they are fully booked, so you use some booking site you never heard of expecting the hotel to be wrong. They then reused to give me a refund calling it a "cancellation". I booked a room at another motel without any problem! I called the Algotels # 877-921-3348 and they were no help. I emailed them this morning an they still refuse to give me a refund.
