Power has been restored to 90% of the Upstate New York National Grid customers that were impacted by severe and widespread weather. National Grid says 221,000 customers lost power during the severe weather across upstate New York this week. The storm brought 18 inches of snow and wind gusts up to 50 miles per hour in some areas.
