You can do this by hitting ctrl+alt+delete and selecting Task Manager from the list that appears. Step 2: In the top left corner, hit “File” and select “run new task” from the drop down menu. Update: I did some tinkering and found out that the screens' brightness, contrast, and especially HDR all mess with the connection though the docking station. Turning off HDR and having the brightness bellow 60 would allow me to use the monitor at any frequency.
