It is a place for learning and experiencing horticulture, plant life, climate influences, nature and the incredible development of the Pacific Southwest during the past 150+ years. Membership Benefits Sherman Library’s book collection encompasses more than 15,000 volumes relating to the history of the Pacific Southwest. The book collection is open to the public, however, the library is non-circulating, so materials must be used onsite. The majority of book titles are searchable through the Newport Beach Public Library’s catalog.
