New protected bike lanes on Comm Ave. The City of Boston recently installed protected bike lanes on both sides of Commonwealth Avenue between Packard's Corner and the BU Bridge, including in front of Landry's Boston store. These new protected bike lanes are designed for bikes only — with granite curbs between the sidewalks and parked cars.
