Then scroll down and hold the button for neutral for towing. When it says initialized, put foot on the break and turn the dial. 1 Reply.The most likely cause is a faulty start/stop switch. I replace 3-4 of these a week at the dealership. The other is a faulty BCM. There is an update for the BCM that can be performed at the dealership.
